Rohit Tipnis

Rohit Tipnis is a management consultant and product strategy professional. Rohit received his MBA from Columbia University and is currently part of the Strategy and Operations team at Google’s Privacy, Safety and Security division. 

Prior to this, he spent over five years at Bain & Company, where he played a key role in the development and scaling of digital products and new business ventures. As a Product Manager in Bain’s New Business Incubation team, Rohit was instrumental in launching tech-enabled professional services and managing product operations for an eLearning platform. His experience extends to managing digital solutions across Europe and Asia, where he led the creation and commercialization of Bain’s first SaaS products. He has also worked on several strategic projects for global clients across a variety of industries, including retail, media, technology, and consumer products. After his career at Bain, Rohit joined Vistas Media Capital, where he successfully scaled media businesses in streaming and entertainment sectors in India and South-East Asia.

Rohit is an alumnus of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani in India where he majored in Mathematics and Engineering. He is also an avid photographer and has supported several non-profits across education, health, arts and climate awareness, through pro-bono consulting and board advisory roles.

Rohit brings to The Sound Between’s board his diverse professional experiences and global background along with his passion for the arts and supporting non-profits.

Max Cove

Max Cove is an award-winning graphic and web designer who over the past decade has shaped the visual brand identities, architecture, and campaigns for clients across a broad spectrum of industries: from a renowned nonprofit helping fund tech solutions to solve global issues to an educational start-up preparing to take the tutoring world by storm. Max helps these organizations, businesses, and individuals uncover new ways of expanding their existing brand visuals or crafting entirely new brand systems and websites that excite, inspire, and make a meaningful impact. While he currently runs his own design studio and proudly serves as the Head of Design for Kaiser’s Room, an arts nonprofit that provides performing arts classes and specialized performances across New York State to individuals with autism and other developmental delays, he has previously served as Design Director with Rafkin Brand Consulting and as Creative Director for Delphi Strategic Marketing and Design in NYC. Max is a magna cum laude graduate of Northwestern University and the winner of eight Davey Awards for outstanding achievement in identity and website design. He is a proud father to Esmé and devoted husband to Stephane.
